McCullough Law is seeking a full-time Technical Writer to join our fast-growing company and draft highly customized estate planning documents for our clients. The ideal candidate for this position is extremely motivated, reliable, exceptionally detail oriented, and driven to produce the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal research to ensure documents meet federal, state, and IRS tax laws
  • Research and thoroughly review clients estate information and business documents
  • Draft customized and detailed legal documents for attorney review
  • Ensure legal documents articulate and achieve the clients goals and objectives according to attorneys recommendations
  • Create business entities as part of estate planning and asset protection
  • Consistently and accurately update internal client management system


Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional legal, writing, or editing experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Effective time management and organization to meet and exceed deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Welcomes and implements feedback
  • Must have professional appearance and demeanor
  • Applicants must be available to work onsite, full-time, Monday Friday from 8:25 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

on multiple projects at a time

Benefits

  • Pay range $16-$28 per hour *DOE ($33,000-58,000)
