This role is responsible for upholding technical standards and aiding in the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and new approvals. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the ESS director to devise, communicate, and enforce technical standards.


• Providing training and technical guidance to all branches within the organization.


• Offering expertise on federal, local, and state regulations.


• Collaborating with customer support to identify and establish new waste streams and obtain facility approvals.


• Assisting in securing approvals for new direct entries into the company or third-party Treatment, Storage, Disposal Facilities (TSDFs).


• Delivering phone-based technical support to field operations.


• Supporting the sales team as needed.
