Job Title: Techno-Functional Business System Analyst with SQL, PowerBi, ERP OLTP knowledge etc.

Location: Mansfield, MA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ months of Contract.

Visa type: USC/GC C2H

Required Experience: 10+ years only

Position Summary:

• This role reports to the VP, of Data & Analytics, responsible for gathering functional and technical requirements, conducting data mapping, preparing test plans and scripts, and executing testing.
• The candidate must possess a consistent positive attitude, be an enthusiastic problem-solver, be an effective communicator, and be able to work independently.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements from end users to solve a business problem and identify the desired results.
• Document and maintain business and functional requirements and ensure consistency.
• Perform requirements analysis and user acceptance testing.
• Create data mapping documents and Technical Interface specification.
• Create test strategy, scenarios and scripts.
• Anticipate, quantify, and resolve problems and issues with requirements.
• Support stakeholder communications related to change management.
• Provide support for escalated technical, operational and customer issues including but not limited to research of the issue, evaluation of solutions and follow up with respective parties.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a business analyst role
• Must have an ERP OLTP structure understanding and an ERP functional background to interpret requirements that meet specific operational and analytical data exploration needs.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to work directly with key stakeholders in the Business and within Corporate IT leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience performing requirements, design, and testing activities.
• Proven experience with data analysis.
• Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience (or completed training) on Power BI or similar data visualization and analytics tools.
• Should have experience in Agile Scrum methodology using Jira software.
