Essential Qualifications:

  • Must live in the continental U.S. and be available to work EST/EDT business hours
  • Open only to individuals who are U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • W-2 only (no C2C)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, technology management, business management, or related field
  • Large IT enterprise technical leadership experience or other role in the program/product/project management areas
  • Advanced knowledge of full product development lifecycle, including planning and leadership
  • Collaborative experience with IT engineers and senior leadership
  • Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues, evaluate product performance metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in object-oriented programming languages
  • Desire to stay up-to-date with advancements in technical product development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • An infectious desire to foster the development of others (and not just individually contribute)
