ONE new opportunity has just opened in the corporate office of the next fastest growing company in Oregon! We are looking to add one INSIDE SALES PERSON to our successful sales team.

SCS is a Virtual Answering Service and Web Chat service for business owners in the United States and Canada. Before a business owner would lock their doors and leave for the day they would miss important calls. It could be due to lunches, breaks or high call volumes. During those times SCS would be there to provide exceptional, live services. Such as taking messages, scheduling appointments, emergency services, or to simply verify information prior to appointments 24/7. We also provide live Web Chat Services to ensure our customers have a 24/7 online presence!

Job Description:

This position will require you to be able to get in touch with business owners and c-level

executives in B2B sales through outbound calls. Educating potential clients on product

features, benefits, qualifying accounts, and managing ongoing relationships.

Our Inside Sales Agents Receive:

Securus Contact Systems 5-year growth plan (12-15 Clients Signed Monthly, which is

quota and required)

Year 1: $84-94k annually, this includes a compensation package of salary

with bonuses/residuals ($8k-11K - Residual building after year 1)

Year 3: $100-116k annually, this includes a compensation package of salary

with bonuses/residuals ($16k – 22k Residual)

Year 5: $127-147k annual salary with bonuses/residuals ($24k – 60k Residual)

Base:

$19.23 per hour - $39,998.40 yearly salary – paid bi-weekly. Commissions: $250.00 for

every deal signed paid weekly!

Residual Bonus: $5 residual to the sales rep on every account sold as long as the account stays with SCS residuals are paid! Paid after first month of full billing, by the

second Friday of each month for as long as the Sales Rep. remains employed by

Securus Contact Systems.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. (You will never work a weekend!)
