As a Technology Solutions Architect in Moline, IL you will serve as the Delivery Architect for the Memor-E application. Specifically, the lead for the new Pega technology with Cloud as an infrastructure. In addition, you will;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ISG, JDIS Dealer Solutions, MKC, and IKC, business, data and analytics) to ensure alignment on project timelines, technical design, requirements, and application dependencies


• Analyze and build technical designs that can then be translated into workable production level solutions


• Provide on-going support of the Memor-E rules engine, including defect resolution and change management


• Collaborates with CPS Solutions Architecture to find and resolve functional gaps in the Pega Architecture, or implement new features


• Coaches and counsels, Memor-E team members to promote employee development and professional growth


• Provide technical leadership to a development team in India, actively participate in the delivery of application solutions as a member of PSI planning


• Work with project management and business sponsors to build a technology roadmap and ensuring the current and future state of development is in line to the customer expectations

What Skills You Need

• Strong written and oral communication skills and comfortable presenting information to an audience that includes employees with little technical background


• 4 years of experience with software development, testing, deployment, life cycle, and best practices


• 3 + years of experience working with a distributed computing environment


• Knowledge of Enterprise component services (PI, AF, UUC, etc.)


• 3 + years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture, including SOAP/REST web services


• 3 + years of experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions  


• Ability to influence without authority


• Ability to collaborate globally; early morning or late evening meetings

Education (or equivalent work experience)
