Job Responsibilities:

• Owning and executing the technical vision and roadmap of the company to achieve the reliability and scalability needed for its enterprise software


• Working with the team to scope and prioritize features


• Evaluating and experimenting with existing APIs and new technologies in order to take advantage of the rapid innovation in the fintech and blockchain ecosystems


• Scaling the engineering team while managing processes, performance, and culture


• Reporting to the CEO to help shape the strategic direction of the company

Qualifications:

• Experience successfully leading and scaling an engineering team while maintaining a collaborative culture.


• Strength in building relationships, effectively communicating, and driving consensus with internal leadership


• At least 5 years of software engineering experience


• At least 2 years of management experience


• Experience building backend services (Java)


• Lead native App architecture design and development
