Job role : Tele collection Executive
Gender: Female / Male
Qualification : PUC / Degree
Experience : Fresher to 1yr
Salary : 17 k to 20k + Performance based incentives 
Location: Bangalore (BELLANDHUR )
Working days: 6 days ( Rotational week off )
Shift: rotational shift ( female general )
Working time : 10AM TO 7 PM
LANGUGE : Fluent in English & Hindi Communication (mandatory).
Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.
Notice Period - Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Work role
1.Calling the customer to remind the due date of the installment.
2.Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.
3.Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.

Skills
● Decent communication skills both written & verbal.
● Should have basic knowledge of the internet and other search engine usage.
● Good observation skills and presentable.
