Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Addressing the patient queries on call
• Understanding the patient medical history and counseling
• Addressing their treatment related questions
• Understanding requirements and book appointments
• Followup with patients about treatment progress

Requirements:

• Ability to engage and hold conversation
• Have high levels of empathy and can establish repo with patients
• Required Language: Kannada, English (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil is a plus)
• Basic Computers including Google search, MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
