Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a hard-working, self-driven individual to join our behavioral team as a part-time Telehealth Facilitator. Candidates must be comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment and display technical skill with tablet and telehealth equipment.
Applicants must be able and willing to travel to facilities in Yerington and Hawthorne.
Job Type: Part Time
Responsibilities include
- Coordinating appointment scheduling
- Ensuring telehealth equipment is working properly
- Timely connection to telehealth appointments
- Facilitation of telehealth connection between client and provider
- Customer Service responsibilities in each client facility
Requirements
- Attention to Detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to operate tablets and other electronic equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent documentation/writing skills.
- Ability to meet company deadlines.
- Possession of up-to-date NV Driver's License.
COVID-19 considerations: Up to Date Vaccination and Boosters are Required. Required PPE is provided.
Benefits
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
