Are you a motivated and personable individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish? We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer for our healthcare program, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and assisting individuals in accessing the healthcare they need.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our healthcare program and explaining the benefits.

Build rapport with potential clients by being personable, well-spoken, and confident in your communication.

Utilize your bilingual skills (English/Spanish) to effectively communicate and address inquiries from diverse clientele.

Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding to potential clients' needs and concerns.

Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the database.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Previous experience in customer service, secretary, or sales roles is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating responsibility and discipline.
