• Job Brief

  We are looking for an experienced tele-caller for our company, who will be responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone.

  Roles and Responsibilities

  • Gathering information from the target market
  • Following up with customers to provide new products or services
  • Documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
  • Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
  • Putting forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
