Job Description - Makingalargevolumeofcalls/emailstoexplainthecompanysproductrange.Thepersonshouldbe abletogeneratenewleads,coordinateorderdetailsbetweenthecustomer&factory,showingcustomeraroundour experiencecenterandfillrelevantsalesreports.Respondingtocomplaintsfromcustomersandgiveafter-sales supportwhenrequestedisalsoamust.
- Responsibilities: Makingahighnumberofcallsandsendinghighvolumesofemails Convertingcallsintoorderconformationandfollowupwiththefactoryfor dispatchandinstallation(link removed)> Monitorandmaintainthecustomerdataintherequiredformats. Respondingtocustomercomplaintsandensuringtheyarerectifiedatthe earliestwithin24hours. Followupforpaymentfromcustomersontimetoensureefficientfunctioning Informclientsofunforeseendelaysorproblems Monitortheteamsprogress,identifyshortcomingsandpropose improvements. Handletheprocessingofallorderswithaccuracyandtimelines. Maintainingcustomersatisfactionandfeedbackforms Anyotherresponsibilityasassignedbythemanagement.
- RequisiteSkills: Excellentandpersuasivecommunicationskills. Passionate,hardworkerandwell-organizedprofessionalwithpowertoprioritize andmultitask. Shouldexertsoundjudgment,discretionandpreserveconfidentiality. Abilitytomeetdeadlines. Goodliaisonwithallotherdepartmentmembers.
