Temp Closing/mortgage rep needs One (1) year post closing experience

Temp Closing/mortgage rep requires:

• One (1) year post closing experience


• One (1) year title insurance and/or mortgage field


• Closers Choice closing software experience preferred


• Knowledge of closing, title, and loan documents including Deeds, Mortgages, Trust, and Subordinations


• Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products
  
   

Temp Closing/mortgage rep duties:

• Ability to order and review payoff statements

• Ability to meet quick deadlines and multi-task

• Maximize use of available resources

• Prepare and submit Void Requests (checks and LDC) to funds transfer

• Prepare and submit lost Check Affidavit Requests to funds transfer

• Receive Lender and Borrower funds by wire or check
