After your nanny interview, you will join a group we have. The Elite Nanny Team posts jobs to that group. The gig nanny to respond gets the job!

Earn $22-$36 an hour.

Who are the best candidates to become a temporary sitter?
The ideal contract childcare provider will have worked with a family unrelated to you for at least two years. Daycare assistant teachers, infant specialists, and toddler teachers are superb candidates. In addition, former nannies and childcare professionals are encouraged to apply for this gig job.

Most nanny jobs are based in downtown Minneapolis, so please live near the area and have a great vehicle.

Professional Childcare Preferences
You are legally authorized to work in the United States or have equivalent U.S. work authorization.
Childcare applicants may have a high school degree, GED, or equivalent.
Please have at least two years of paid experience with kids.
You may have previous Early Childhood Education (ECE) knowledge and/or college credits in Early Childhood Education or a related elementary school field (preferred but not required)
You may have worked in a daycare as a teachers assistant, as a childcare teacher, or as another early childhood educator.
The nanny will need a reliable car and a clean driving record
Please be CPR/First Aid certified.
