The Marketing team at TSIA is on a mission to innovate how we deliver critical insights that accelerate business success. We are looking for a highly-driven Temporary Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our lifecycle marketing channel to support ambitious growth objectives. This role will report to the marketing department head.

Responsibilities

  • This role will own lifecycle marketing and be responsible for applying CRM marketing strategies and tactics to attract high-quality leads, drive conversion, increase member engagement and lifetime value, build loyalty, and optimize retention throughout the marketing lifecycle
  • Set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs across the full lifecycle, from early engagement to loyalty, at-risk, and cross-sell/upsell, utilizing iterative testing to improve the member experience and increase revenue continually
  • Plan, design, and execute omnichannel lifecycle A/B testing experiments to support decisions and drive go-forward strategy + track data to optimize campaign performance, understand the best channels and methods to drive action, and to uncover opportunities for driving increased campaign engagement and conversion
  • Define, track, analyze, and report marketing metrics and member engagement metrics used to define success and make recommendations on improvements and optimization
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor campaign activity and impact
  • Manage the senior marketing automation manager and ability to manage and build a lifecycle marketing team
  • Plan and execute a regular cadence of data-driven campaigns and triggered flows via owned channels (email, push, in-app messaging, etc.), using marketing automation software (including audience selection, triggers, segmentation, etc.)
  • Manage campaign execution end to end, including creative development, implementation, QA, and reporting
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel, including the execution and deployment of email campaigns, automated flows, transactional emails, and all lifecycle messaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing, utilizing member journeys, data, and insights to uncover opportunities for marketing campaign optimization across the customer lifecycle, including audience segmentation and message personalization to drive engagement, boost retention, and increase LTV
  • In collaboration with our design and copy team, write briefs and steer the creation of new beautiful and engaging email communications and landing pages that convert, as well as enhance and optimize existing content for our campaigns
  • Partner with the digital marketing manager to develop and execute a playbook to leverage paid marketing to drive new memberships, increase member engagement
  • Partner with the product to develop the strategy for and communicate new feature launches, product updates, creative assets, and sequencing of user messages across multiple channels
  • Partner with sales to develop and execute international CRM strategy at each market level, and determine the right channel mix for each market
  • Ensure KPIs directly support TSIA's overall success; interact and build relationships with, and effectively influence, senior leaders on opportunities and impacts related to areas of responsibility
  • Ensure all digital campaigns comply with current email best practices, laws, and data privacy policies, keeping the leadership team consulted on these areas
  • Inform our technology choices for lifecycle marketing efforts and manage the day-to-day vendor relationships of these efforts


Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of B2B lifecycle marketing experience across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notifications with a focus on increasing engagement, growing revenue, driving retention, and producing strong ROI
  • Experience building campaigns, sending campaigns, segmentation, and reporting
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Comfortable using project management software (ClickUp, Wrike, Asana, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools like Amplitude, Segment, and Looker and marketing platforms like Iterable, Marketo, and Vero
  • Proven track record of data-driven customer segmentation, A/B testing/analysis, funnel analysis, translating data into insights, producing regular reporting, and optimizing program/channel effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills with examples of tracking campaign performance, key KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and strategy
  • Strong strategic acumen and knowledge of CRM best practices are a must
  • Have retention marketing program experience, including engagement, loyalty, referrals, or churn-reduction campaigns
  • Ability to effectively manage cross-functional relationships and influence decisions up and across organization
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional environment (regularly communicating and partnering across product, engineering, design, brand, data, fellow marketers, and leadership)
  • Self-sufficient with a high level of accountability: the ability to take the campaign from start to finish, and a strong bias for action and execution
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field (Masters preferred)
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and SQL a plus
