Job Description

IGT-Devices Tender Modality Sales Specialist

IGT-Devices Tender Mpdality Sales Specialist supports the implementation of the goals of the business category in the Zone IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece). In this position you are contributing to the achievement of goals through direct support of the IGT-D Sales and Clinical Application specialists, indirect partners, marketing and the sales back office (SBO). You will work closely with the representatives of the business unit (Europe & International colleagues) and support them and the IIG IGT-D team in finding zone-specific solutions when required.
You will report to the Market SalesLeader IGT-D for IIG.
Your role:

IGT-D Tender Modality Sales Specialist is product specialist and tender specialist:
With very good product and tender knowledge, you make an important contribution to tender success in the respective modality.
As a knowledge carrier and interface, you are jointly responsible for the direct support of sales for the realization of quotes and tenders to achieve sales targets.
You are jointly responsible for the design and co-development of tender and offering concepts for the modality.
Act as technical expert for Italian tenders by working closely with SBO of Philips Italy and commercial partners across IIG Zone.
Support and collection of zone-specific customer material and coordination with the business units of necessary localization
Support for the zone-specific development and implementation of marketing and business plans of IGT-D (In cooperation with the Business Manager, Modality Sales Specialists leaders and Marketing team)
Shared responsibility for the preparation and support of the zone for New Product Introductions (NPI)
Creates project calculations and offers for sales
Responsible for the provision and maintenance of product catalog and all the material for tenders by close collaboration with Marketing and Regulatory Affairs departments
Support sales administration for local activities related to customers and dealers/distributors contracts (i.e: check on T&C, fees and commissions)

You're the right fit if:

You have acquired at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector by showing solid expertise in managing Italian tenders related to Medical Devices business
You have a solid experience and knowledge of the market, healthcare systems, lines of business and modalities related to cardiovascular market
Experience in the field of IGT-D related to Portfolio and tender rules
Know-how and initial experience in the development and implementation of marketing plans and product/market strategies
Ability to think analytically and also develop tender strategy
Interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in English in addition to Italian as local language
Based in Milan (Italy)
