This is a base plus commission position with the ability to get close to $200k OTE in the first year. This is the perfect opportunity to get in with one of the largest commercial line writing companies in the nation that continues to show amazing growth!

The right candidate will have previous experience selling insurance and working with brokers to help understand why they should partner with the companies workers' compensation suite of products.

 

This person will:

• Work from a home office, regional site, and corporate site and be tapped with drive new business from assigned brokers


• The territory will cover Los Angeles Basin. Includes region around Santa Monica/San Fernando Valley, Ventura/North LA up to Santa Barbara. Parts of Pasadena east to San Bernardino/West Riverside and all of Orange County 


• Develop successful sales strategies to maximize growth


• Monitor both new sales and retention metrics monthly to ensure premium plan goal are achieved

Qualifications:

• Previous experience selling commercial insurance and have relationships with brokers and producers


• The person will have a company issued car, expense account, and home office setup


• This is a base + salary + plus bonus based on an annual quota that is established from prior sales years data
