Job Description – Territory Sales Manager.



We are looking for motivated individuals, results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.



Responsible for selling medical devices, skin care line, and other aesthetic solutions and services to clinics, doctors' offices, dermatologists and aesthetic professionals.

 



The ideal candidate is confident with high integrity coupled with a customer-centric attitude.

 




  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory;

  • Resolve customer inquiries

  • Contact, arrange appointments and visit potential customers at clinics, doctors' offices, medical spas to sell medical products and equipment.

  • Travel to defined geographies to sell medical equipment. Travel throughout assigned territory to meet on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers in person or by phone.

  • Present and sell company products to new and existing customers. Deliver presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses

  • Provide education and support to new and existing customers;

  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest product developments;

  • Meet personal and team sales targets

  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

  • Close deals using various customer sales methods

  • Evaluating customers needs and building productive long lasting relationships.

  • Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.

  • Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer service, marketing and finance.

  • Take orders and disburse receipts.

  • Estimate time and date of delivery.

  • Stay informed about the activities on current events pertaining to the aesthetic industry.



 



Aesthetic Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:

 




  • Education/ Experience: Previous sales experience required.


    • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience;

    • Pharmaceutical, or aesthetic device sales experience is a plus;

       



  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.

    • Familiarity with CRM platforms;

    • Ability to build rapport with clients;

    • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;

       



  • Ability:

    • Ability to multi-task,

    • Being attentive to clients

    • Being flexible to the needs of the business.

    • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

    • Possess a willingness and ability to learn

       



  • Other Skills:

    • Self-motivated and driven;

    • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license;

    • Strong negotiation skills;

    • Strong closing skills;

       



  • Other Requirements

    * Fluent in Spanish written and speaking



* 1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong work ethic

* Perfect driving record

Salary & Bonus: Base + Commission + Bonus




  • Base Salary $25000 - $30000

  • High Commission rate

  • Great opportunity for growth

  • Bonus $1,000 – $10,000
