Test Automation - Selenium

12 months contract

Herndon, VA

Technical Skills:

• Should lead, guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases/Test Script, test suites and produce the test execution reports using Automation tools.
• Selenium, cypress, and other automation tools knowledge and Java technical hands on experience for Framework design.
• Should ensure proper configuration management of the testware produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis.
• Should be able to make sure the test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test execution.
• Schedule the tests for execution and then they monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
• During test execution and as the project winds down, should be able to write summary reports on test status.

Process Skills: Selenium, BDD, Java

Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college

Behavioral Skills :

• Experience working with offshore / onshore model
• Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must have strong knowledge in Object oriented development, version control, release management, change management
