AOC Program Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Air Force engineering, and Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) testing, preferably with a focus on RPA Operational Test.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures for RPA) systems and related components.
• Conduct testing activities, including test execution, data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance with project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, system administrators, and stakeholders, to define test objectives, identify test scenarios, and establish testing strategies.
• Perform RPA test activities, including operational test planning, test execution, and evaluation of RPA system performance.
• Apply engineering principles and best practices to identify and analyze system defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Utilize DAU Engineering and Test Level II/Practitioner or equivalent certification knowledge to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in test engineering.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on system design and implementation based on test results and observations.
• Prepare and present test reports, including findings, recommendations, and lessons learned, to stakeholders and project management.
• Occasional travel to project sites and collaboration with government agencies and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in the Air Force or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Operational testing, preferably with a focus on RPA Operational Test.
• DAU Engineering Level II/Practitioner or equivalent certification.
• DAU Test Level II/Practitioner or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of test engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in test planning, test execution, test analysis, and test reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
• SAP eligibility is necessary.
