• Good communication and leadership skills must be able to handle/coordinate multiple vendors and multiple operating companies' cross-team testing activity.
• Deft in handling large programs and providing Automation solutions especially API testing(karate) and Selenium is mandatory.
• Should have hands-on automation frameworks, define automation strategies, lead and guide automation community.
• Knowledge of to Insurance domain is required
• Experienced with Cloud testing(AWS); Develop and Run Automation scripts in a Cloud environment.
• Should have experience in different automation tools and frameworks (mainly with selenium, KarateAPI, SOAPUI pro, CA Dev test, BDD Framework, cloud testing, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline implementation, etc )
• Capable of adapting to new technology and framework.
• Should be able to lead automation effort and interact with a number of other testing portfolios/leadership.
• Provide thought leadership on the Automation approach across the enterprise.
• Able to mentor and train the team members within the team
