TekCom Resources is seeking a Texas Director of Fiber Operations for a fast-growing, outside plant construction firm in the Dallas area!

The ideal candidates will have a background directing all aspects of OSP/Fiber construction projects to ensure schedules, budgets and contractual commitments are being met. Youll provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to construction personnel and OSP vendors.

This is an entrepreneurial, new-build environment that will allow you to create policies, procedures and solutions that make sense to expedite deployment.

Target compensation: $125-$140K DoE plus bonus incentive, and a company vehicle will be provided.

Duties

• Forward facing interactions with senior leadership on our side and the customer side.
• Overseeing all day-to-day construction and working within SOPs
• Overseeing the compilation of invoices and as-builts
• P&L responsibility and minimum profitability
• Growth and development of Sunrise managers
• Process improvement as necessary
• Market growth where possible
• Vendor management
• Travel between markets as necessary and needed
