Job Description:
Conduct research and writing.
Respond to discovery.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Attend court hearings.
Conduct mediations.
Prepare for and attend trials.

Requirements:
Must have a great work ethic and work well within a team.
Must be proactive, responsible, diligent, and responsive.
Must have strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.

Skills Sets:
Spanish fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) is strongly preferred.
Must be barred in Texas state courts.
Texas federal court admission is strongly preferred.
