We are looking for a tire technician / tire repair personnel to serve our truck parts and scrap metal business in a safe and timely manner. Full time position available.

 

Requirements:

• Experienced in heavy duty truck tires.


• Experienced in forklift operation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized tire inventory.


• Help customers with tire questions and availability.


• Mount / dismount new and used tires, identify valuable tire casings.


• Safely change tires on heavy tractors, trailers, and heavy equipment.


• Use appropriate safety equipment at all times.


• Dismantle trucks, cars and machines as necessary.


• Remove parts from trucks, cars, and machines as necessary.


• Operate equipment, such as forklifts, wheel loaders, etc, as required

Preferred:

• Prior dismantling and parts removal experience using wrenches and torches
