Description




  • Provide support to the title staff during the opening, processing and closing of title insurance transactions; provide support to the closing/escrow staff by gathering information from the parties associated with real estate transactions, i.e. lenders, buyers, sellers, etc. via email and/or telephone; receive and process telephone and email inquiries from real estate sales agents, attorneys, outside title company representatives, sellers, buyers, and other associated parties to real estate transactions being processed by assist in the maintenance of hard copy and virtual filing systems, adding and retrieving documents as needed.



Skill/Experience/Education




  • Mandatory Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within title insurance Strong verbal and written communications skills Strong ability to multi-task and interact/communicate effectively with coworkers, management, clients and real estate sales agents Ability to work within a Microsoft Office based computer environment with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines; and ability to maintain confidential information. Must have national knowledge of reading a title commitment and search package. Must know how to clear title by curing liens and judgments and create a Closing Protection letter
