Project Manager Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. Position is hybrid, required 2 days onsite in Detroit (Wed/Thurs may be subject to change) Some travel required, will occasionally drive from Detroit MI to Lansing MI.
  
Job Description:

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field. 
• Able to follow prescribed PM methodology and PMO processes. 
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Works under program-level supervision with some latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. 

Top skills required-

• Leading Infrastructure/ data conversion projects 5 years
• Government or SOM experience
• This position will reside within the PMO supporting LEO Unemployment Insurance Agency (UI).
• PM will be responsible for managing one or more large, complex Infrastructure and/or Data Conversion projects under the Unemployment Insurance Solution Program. 
• PM will work alongside a team of project/program managers, coordinators, and vendor resources to implement the overall UI Solution. 
• This is a planned 2+ year effort.
