A dynamic, well established Title Insurance firm is looking for an experienced Clearance Officer. Candidate be able to clear title, provide excellent client service, as well as develop relationships with attorneys, lenders, surveyors. NY/NJ experience required. Fast paced position in a busy work environment. Highly organized applicants preferred. Sr Title Officers and/or Real Estate Attorneys looking to move into the Title space are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include:
- Opening new files
- Setting exceptions and requirements for title policies
- Clearing exceptions
- Reviewing and determining the insurability of title.
