Minimum Qualifications
Required Consultant Qualifications
1. Seven or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
2. Hold a current TOGAF certification.
3. Have experience and a working knowledge of the current PMBOK and current Business Analysis Book of Knowledge ("BABOK") or equivalent methodologies and processes.

Desired Consultant Qualifications
1. Business Analysis experience in governmental agencies.
2. Experience with Enterprise Architecture.
3. Demonstrated experience developing tailored frameworks and governance plans for Enterprise Architecture practice.
4. Experience or familiarity with iServer or other similar Enterprise Architecture Tools.
5. Demonstrated experience researching and analyzing basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization.
6. Demonstrated experience of working to gather both technology and business requirements
7. Make recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and best practices based on lessons learned from past engagements.
8. Effective communication to a diverse user community. Includes effective communication of process changes and providing training to impacted business units.
