1)TOOL & TOOL ROOM MANAGEMENT

a) Releases Updated Drawing to the concern Department & Maintains revision history of the same.(Master File & Obsolete File)

b) Takes care of Tool Drawing & its Preservation.

c) Takes care of Tool Manufacturing & its transfer.

d) Ensures the Tool approval in First attempt.

e) Takes care of Tool Room Machine & Manpower Management & 5S.

2)NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

a) Coordinates with the R & D Manager & discusses the feasibility.

b) Ensures the delivery of samples as per the committed date.

c) Analyses the weight and ensures development with optimal weight within the defined minimum and maximum limits.

3)PRODUCT & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

a) Reengineers current manufacturing processes for productivity improvement makes sure that there is a continuous improvement in Project.
