We offer an excellent benefit package, a generous pay plan with base salary + commissions + bonuses, as well as a friendly and fun atmosphere!

We have non-typical work hours that include a five day work week and we close at 7:00PM Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; 5:00PMWednesday, Friday and Saturday; with a start time of 8:30AM.We also offer a very robust paid time off policy for new team members that increases to five weeks over time.

Job Duties:


Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous guests; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.

Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.

Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.

Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.

Provides sales management information by completing reports.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, continuing training.

Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

New/Used inventory management skills (new car preferencing, used-car through-put and turn)

Strong knowledge of systems (DMS, Inventory, CRM, Excel)


Job Requirements


Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

History of previous sales experience

Experience of 2 3 years in the field of automobile sales management is an added advantage

Superior customer interaction skills

Excellent negotiation abilities

Assertive personality and strong drive for success

Must be able to work evenings and weekends

All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing that includes background checks, drug test, and valid driver's license.
