Will be responsible for:
Add a Middle Office area to separate settlement and client service functions
Migrate client management functions related to inquiries and issue resolution (currently shared between Operations and Sales) to a Middle Office team
Provide the same high level of service to our clients
Minimize operational and regulatory risk to ICBCFS
Review and resolve a large number of additional reconciliations across many teams and platforms
Duties:
DTC Cage & Impact
Break resolution for items assigned to DTC
o GPS Reconciliation
o Ascendis S/R breaks
o Ascendis firm balancing breaks
* Strong knowldege in IMPACT/BPS/CAGE/PostEdge/GPS of Broadridge
