We are seeking a Trader to join our Trading Operations team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for helping us scale our strategies to new markets. You will also help us build tools to progressively automate the management of our trading and respond to changing market dynamics. A meaningful contribution in your role will have direct, measurable PnL impact in the millions of dollars.

Responsibilities

• Build tools to further improve our logging and accounting processes
• Manage our calculation of exposure and hedges, as well as calculation of PnL
• Automate the management of our trading further as we scale to more markets
• Build auxiliary tools to monitor our trading and detect issues
• Monitor trading directly and detecting issues
• Detect profitable opportunities and capitalize on them

Requirements

• Trading experience
• Bachelors or higher degree in a technical or quantitative field
• 3 years of work experience is preferred
• Understanding of trading is preferred
• Strong mathematical intuition
• Strong Python background
• Experience operating in frenetic environments is a plus
• Willingness to work on-call
