Assist management in implementing training programs for crew members and managers to improve their day-today work in serving customers. Instruct new hires. Assist in enforcing McDonalds training standards and procedures. Maintain training records and evaluate restaurant performance in accordance with the training and operations manuals. Conduct remedial and refresher trainings, and special sessions when required. Make recommendations to management, as appropriate.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Management related degrees
