Trainer/Instructor Workforce Development (multiple positions)

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 plus years’ experience in specified fields, certifications or licenses preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Seeking highly skilled and qualified trainers/instructors, for part time, short and long term workforce development team with flexible schedules, with a passion for training others seeking to gain personal knowledge and professional skills in residential and commercial settings. Currently seeking trainers skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, and mechanical and carpentry fields. Trainers are responsible for teaching new and current employees skills needed to perform all aspects of job tasks relating to their field. Employees receiving the training are expected to gain skills in the field for advancement; these positions are open in various locations including local business settings or classroom settings. This is a great opportunity to supplement income and pass along skills and knowledge in your profession. Day time, evening and weekend times available. Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are necessary. Work collaboratively with business leadership to fulfill training needs. Instructors should be prepared to deliver content using a variety of methods to meet the needs of learners. Trainers can apply for one or more positions depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
