Role : Trainer & Quality Lead Location : Dallas, TX JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Training Program Development: Design, develop, and update training programs and materials, including curriculum, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules. -
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for employees, new hires, or other target groups, ensuring that content is delivered effectively and engagingly. -
Needs Assessment: Assess the training needs of employees or teams through surveys, interviews, and analysis of performance gaps. -
Training Methodology: Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, including classroom instruction, e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training, and simulations. -
Feedback and Evaluation: Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and use evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Make improvements based on feedback and results. -
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and training materials. Create & share reports on training activities and outcomes. -
Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing training on company policies, procedures, and job-specific skills. -
Skill Development: Enhance the skills and knowledge of employees through training programs focused on job-specific competencies, soft skills, and leadership development. -
Compliance: Ensure that training programs are aligned with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on relevant laws and standards. -
Technology and Tools: Utilize training software and tools, as well as multimedia and e-learning platforms, to enhance the training process. -
Continuous Improvement: Continuously update and enhance training content and methodologies to keep them relevant and effective. -
Presentation: Should possess excellent presentation skills. Should be able to provide status update on PPT. -
Adaptability: Trainers should be adaptable and flexible in their approach. They need to adjust their teaching methods based on the individual learning styles and needs of their audience. -
Confidence: Confidence in both subject matter knowledge and teaching ability is important. Learners are more likely to trust and engage with a trainer who exudes confidence. -
Organizational Skills: Trainers must be well-organized to create structured training programs, manage training materials, and ensure that training sessions run smooth
