Day-to-Day:

· Manages and coordinates the full life cycle of the hiring process

· Source qualified candidates through several avenues: field in-coming applications as well as reaching out to qualified candidates on multiple platforms

· Conduct first phone interviews and identify key qualities in candidates for the best fit for the office

· Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews

· Partner with management on hiring input and decisions

· Maintain positive relationships with candidates and managers
