Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Independently taking care of Learning & Development activities on pan India basis

2. Identifying training needs analysis and preparing training calendar

3. Developing and designing of training materials/contents

4. Responsible for providing company processes training

5. Imparting both soft skills & behavioural training programs

6. Summarizing training activities, evaluating & measuring its effectiveness

7. Dubbing for video editing of each topic post content finalisation

8. Must be fluent in English and Hindi language
