GSC is seeking a Content Designer to join our Training and Human Resources team to work in our Richmond, VA office. The working hours are Monday through Friday in our Richmond Training Center.

Here is what you'll do:

• Create and develop instructional design content in various formats.
• Collaborate with the training team and other departments as needed
• Reviewing, editing, and validating course material and the LMS to ensure content integrity and alignment with the training Department vision.
• Self-train, educate, and research for on-going development, revision, and expansion of training programs, including on company policies and procedures.
• Provide research, design, and clerical support for projects requested by the Training Director.
• Occasionally assist in delivering training programs through a variety of instructional techniques and mediums.

Requirements

• Experience in course design
• Experience in training and development
• Experience in Property Management preferred
• Experience with Articulate 360 or Camtasia preferred
