Training & Development Intern

Currently, we are seekinga Training & Development Internto become a part of the HIROTEC team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development of training materials and resources.
• Coordinating training sessions and workshops.
• Supporting the creation of e-learning modules.
• Collaborating with Training and HR Professionals on tasks related to training and development content.
• Conducting research on industry best practices in training and development.
• Various other projects and tasks may be assigned to ensure operational objectives are met.

The position requirements include strong communication skills, attention to detail, and desire to learn about employee development processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of training software and tools along with MS Office Suite, and the ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment.
