Salad and Go is seeking a Training & Development Specialist who will be responsible for writing, revising, and reviewing content to improve training and operations and drive career development in Salad and Gos fast-growing environment. In this role, the person must demonstrate their writing and proofreading abilities in curriculum development, print creation, and digital innovation. The job entails working with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop shoulder to shoulder training tools for store operations.

As the Training & Development Specialist, you will:

• Build relationships, with colleagues, stakeholders, and teams across the organization to meet shared objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to write and edit copy for various training programs, courses, and projects.
• Participate in project kick-off sessions and conducts storyboarding meetings.
• Check for syntax and grammatical problems, as well as subject-matter correctness.
• Keep track of inbound and outgoing tasks daily.
• Assist in the implementation of training courses.

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in writing, language arts, journalism, communications, or a comparable field in communication systems is necessary.
• Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A keen eye for grammatical subtleties and a thorough comprehension of different writing styles.
• Copywriting experience for adult learning, electronic, print, and mass communication.
• Outstanding active listening abilities and an excellent customer service mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a sharp eye for detail.
