Key Responsibilities

Take the lead in project management, including overseeing scope, budgeting, staffing, and project production for our exciting transportation projects.

Build and strengthen client relationships, helping us expand our transportation project portfolio.

Work closely with clients to secure project funding from available funding agencies, ensuring compliance with their practices and policies.

Be an essential contributor to transportation project proposals, change orders, client contracts, and project-related communication.

Generate innovative transportation designs that align with the latest industry standards.

Dive into research and preliminary reports, turning ideas into actionable feasibility studies.

Qualifications

A passion for transportation engineering and project management.

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering field from an ABET accredited program.

Proven experience as a Registered Professional Engineer in IN, KY, or OH.

Over 7 years of hands-on experience in designing transportation infrastructure projects.

More than 3 years of experience in managing projects and leading project teams.

Familiarity with public sector design projects and standards.

Proficiency in essential tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, MicroStation/Bentley Open Roads Designer, drainage software, and Microsoft Office products.
