We are seeking individuals who are highly driven and hungry to join our sister company as a Transportation Sales Manager. Taylor Shipping Solutions provides production and equipment support to customers in many different industries. As a member of our sales team and as a TSS liaison, you would be tasked with establishing new customer relationships, while also maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. You would market, service, and promote the various services offered by Taylor Shipping Solutions.



Responsibilities and Duties:



-Meeting specific revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis

-Soliciting business through lead generation and cold-calling potential customers

within your assigned territory

-Creating and maintaining a log of regular business

-Utilizing company technologies to increase revenue, document various business

activities, and communicate results

-Ensuring customer satisfaction by conducting occasional follow-ups, in an effort

to strengthen relationships with customers

-Developing an understanding of the industry and market fluctuations to better

capture potential business



Qualifications and Skills:



-Have previous sales experience, preferably in logistics or the transportation field

-Display exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and

meet deadlines in a fast-paced field

-Possess extensive experience with computers and various digital platforms-Have an understanding of the fluidity of company directions and a desire to reach

those goals

-Are detail-oriented and organized

-Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills

-Express a hunger for sales

-Have an excellent telephone sales personality

-Can work both autonomously and in a team

-Have a clean driving record
