Looking for fun and engaging call center experts to become travel and itinerary artists. We need people who can create amazing experiences for our ultra-high-net-worth members in our call center, no matter how big or small the request is. We are dedicated to the idea when our members call us, they can be given fantastic possibilities and we ensure that their expectations are not just fulfilled but surpassed.

The Lifestyle Managers in our call centers have a rare set of people skills over the phone which allows them to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles. Lifestyle Managers are masters of juggling many websites and applications open on their desktops while seamlessly speaking with the member.

Other Job Duties

  • Providing high-touch tailored service and offering suitable solutions to a variety of requests
  • Ensure member satisfaction by thinking proactively and being resourceful in finding solutions to complex problems
    Completing requests during the agreed deliverable date
  • Handle member inquiries, complaints, and reservations while adhering to stringent processes and meeting service-levels
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and bookings in the company's database
  • Managing multiple open programs at once while interacting with the member on the phone
  • Pass frequent quality checks for both phone professionalism, email grammar and database processes.
  • Continuously train to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Maintain punctuality, good attendance, and complete set schedules.

This means that our Lifestyle Managers work a 40hr schedule that includes working late (til 11 pm), working weekends, and is adaptable to meet the needs of our members.

Requirements

Must write in English with no grammatical errors

Experience with high-touch customer service experience

Required to work onsite

Must work late (until 11 pm) and on weekends. Will be paid 1.5x base salary for ANY weekend hours worked

Should be able to sit in an onsite classroom setting for 6-8 weeks.

Required to pass 90-day training period testing to move forward

Will commit to supporting the delivery of Tens environmental, social, and governance goals, and promoting policy adherence
