Travelling Field - Mining/Civil Construction Equipment -85% Travel

Job Functions:



Work independently from home location with company service truck.

Perform diagnostic, troubleshooting and minor to major repairs on ANY of the following heavy construction equipment such as

• Excavators


• Bridge Cranes


• Other Cranes


• Rock Drills


• Pile Drivers


• Rotary Heads


• Attachment Heads


• Millers


• Grinders


• Rollers


• Compactors

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 -10 years recent experience as a full time Heavy Equipment diesel mechanic in a civil, mining or related field role


• Have strong electrical, hydraulic and diesel engine knowledge and experience


• Must possess basic tools of the trade


• CDL Preferred


• Valid driver’s license in good standing No DUI past 5 years


• Ability to physically preform all functions of the job, including long hours and weekend work


• Pass pre-employment physical and drug test
