The Treasury Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support in relation to the Treasury department. Managing Payment request from Property Accountants, Legal Department and other parties. This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of all cash transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Managing and reporting of all inter-entity loans including prompt payback of loans.
  • Assessing liquidity needs of all entities and undertaking necessary action with the approval of the Treasurer.
  • Tracking and reporting of all inter-entity loans including prompt payback of loans.
  • Setup of electronic payments, and managing communications related to confirming and status of payments. Including processing all time sensitive Payroll related funding.
  • Tracking of equity contributions for new acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other transactions.
  • Summarizing and reporting transactions based on organizational and end user needs.
  • Researching banking transactions and reporting findings to other teams.
  • Complete paperwork for all new Bank Account openings, tracking status of account openings, as well as assisting in managing Banking Relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking or Accounting is preferred
  • 1 or more years of Treasury operations experience is required
  • Possess strong communication skills and be able handle a high volume of emails
  • Needs excellent time management skills and must be highly organized.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills specifically in Excel with the ability to enter information and navigate spreadsheets and proprietary software


Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office position
  • Walking, lifting, standing, kneeling and stooping will be regularly required.
  • Lifting will be less than 30 pounds.
