Who we're looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Treasury Systems Administrator. Reporting to the Treasury Systems Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to configure and monitor Treasury systems and related processes while interacting with various stakeholders who use Wall Street Suite (WSS) as their core treasury management system. The administrator performs validation of data and master data configurations to ensure the processing and accounting of financial and commercial transactions with various counterparties such as dealers, customers, vendors, and tax authorities are completed without error. This person should be able to work independently with various internal customers to configure, administer and facilitate financial and commercial transaction requests from other businesses. The person should have familiarity with accounting and treasury functions. This position will also support Treasury projects and initiatives in the configuration of core Treasury applications.

What you'll be doing:
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and monitoring of WSS on a daily basis which includes new entity setup and testing and configuration of the transaction, cash, and accounting modules for various customers.
  • Assist in the execution of month-end close processes.
  • Work with various business partners to design systems solutions for treasury and cash management needs that may include the use of WSS or custom application development.
  • Maintain and manage custom Omnifi reports required by various stakeholders. Work with the business to fulfill requirements for any new custom report and work with the software vendor on the development and related testing.
  • Maintain and provide appropriate configuration, testing, and approval documentation as part of the department's documented internal control structure.
  • Assist with gathering any support or documentation required for quarterly/annual audit requests.
  • Perform application defect investigation and resolution related to transaction processing, cash settlements, and accounting processing within WSS.
  • Perform quality assurance testing as needed.
  • Perform data analysis using Treasury Systems tools and SQL.
  • Research and resolve issues impacting Accounting. This entails researching issues to determine the root cause and then participating in developing and implementing the solution(s).
  • Collaborate with other departments across the company and communicate effectively with system stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the development or revision of WSS processes and procedures when necessitated by new programs, products, or operational processes.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and fixes. This includes participation in developing test scripts, test scenarios, and the testing timeline, executing testing, and validation.
  • Support technical updates between IDS/ERA and WSS users.
  • Review, evaluate, and execute process improvements.
What you bring:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience (in a similar field and/or industry).
  • Four-Year College Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative; ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications or software tools.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and experience working on accounting systems projects or similar.
  • WSS and/or SAP experience preferred.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
