The treatment coordinator learns and teaches patients and parents about the products and services offered, including the contract and financing terms, sets targets for new patient starts, follows-up with patients and referring doctors, prepares common strategies and enhances patient satisfaction and comfort during treatment by serving as a liaison between the administrative and clinical teams. The treatment coordinator tracks and reports new patient data to the practice owner and is responsible for maintaining the follow-up and recall systems in the practice.

• Hepatitis B Vaccinated

• Willingness to learn Ortho2 Software and adjunct software systems.


• Bilingual in Spanish


• Sales Experience
