Triage Analyst
Skills Required:
5+ years of experience supporting large scale system as a Triage analyst
Experience with customer support using tools such as Dynatrace, Elk and Power BI
Experience with processing IT related tickets
Experience using Oracle SQL to generate and execute complex queries for Triage analysis
Experience using Azure DevOps
Experience using Agile methodology
Knowledge of APIs and Asynchronous programming
Experience working in healthcare industry is a plus
Experience training junior analyst is a plus
Knowledge of IBM middleware products such as App Connect Enterprise and DataPower
Excellent communication and documentation skills are desired
Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.
Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
Remote or On-site: Candidates MUST be local or relocate from day of acceptance at their own expense. Will need to be onsite starting day 1 for hybrid work schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
