A Truck-Trailer Service Technician inspects, diagnoses, maintains, rebuilds, assembles and repairs transport trailers connected to or moved by a power unit including flat decks, drop decks, lowboys, dump trailers and any other commercial pull-type units. Specifically, a Truck-Trailer Service Technician performs work on:  lighting and electrical systems, landing gear assemblies, trailer frames and bodies, hitching/coupling systems, suspension systems, tires, wheels, rims, hubs and axles, air and auxiliary systems, braking systems.

Applicants must be knowledgeable in minor repairs of commercial trucks and flatbed trailers. Position consist of a variety of skills required, from replacing parts on commercial trucks, to replacing deck boards on flatbed trailers.
